| I have been an active duty Damage Controlman and Marine Science Technician with the U.S. Coast Guard for the past 12 years. These ratings have allowed me to enjoy two of my favorite trades…Emergency Response and Woodworking. Here I began making plaques for departing members. I have had the privilege of serving aboard USCGC Harriet Lane home ported in Portsmouth, VA, the USCG Atlantic Strike Team (HAZMAT/OIL/WMD response team) at Fort Dix, The Lead Petty Officer of the Coast Guard Fire Department in Cape May NJ, and most recently at Sector New York Incident Management Division. I have also been a Volunteer Firefighter in my local community for quite a few years serving as a Firefighter/EMT Serving with the Lenni Heights Fire Rescue and the Green Ridge Volunteer Fire Co. I am the proud father of 2 children ages 6 and 3. When im not working or building boards, I am doing the most important job I can which is spending time with my children. |
